We use the freshest, most natural ingredients and organic wherever possible! We use only Free-Range, Vegetarian-Fed Chicken Eggs; Natural Meats; and Organic Milk and Butter. Our Tofu, Tempeh and other Soy products are Always Organic and Non-GMO. No partially-hydrogenated anything!

Most of the ingredients we use come right out of our produce department and from the shelves here in the store. Ask us about dairy free and gluten free.
